I was just reading my daily doze of blogs and I came upon an interesting article on Blazing Minds. Looks like iTunes has modified their pricing structure to a 3 tier one. This means that popular tracks will cost more and the least popular tracks will cost less.

I’m pretty sure this will affect all artists that have their tracks on iTunes. I bet they already began wondering if they are lucky so the price for their tracks will go up.

What if the price will decrease ?

And, will iTunes new three tier price structure lead to an increase of illegal mp3 downloads ?
