Today I want to talk to you about hosting and which one is best for you.
Hosting is a service that allows you to put your website on the internet. After you have thought of a name for your website and registered the domain name, the next step is to find a web hosting service from a web hosting provider.

The war between Microsoft and Open Source goes on. You can have Windows hosting or linux web hosting.
You now have to choose.

I prefer linux because it’s better, safer and more stable (and don’t worry, linux isn’t good just for servers … it’s good for your personal computers to). The only bad thing about linux hosting is that you will have to chmod the files if you plan on editing them through a web browser.
And that’s not something that could make you change your mind.

I never used Windows hosting for 1 reason: I want my website to be up and I don’t want to lose all my files because the server crashed.
